Drugs and Guns Seized in Traffic Stop


Press Release – On November 21, at around 9:00 pm, APD Officers made a traffic stop in the 4400 block of Lee Street. During the stop, officers were alerted to the presence of drugs in the vehicle. Officers searched the car and located methamphetamine and two guns, one of which had the serial number removed. The driver and occupants were arrested and booked into the Rapides Parish Detention Center.
Kenny Piper, 28, of Alexandria, was charged with Illegal Carrying of a Weapon with Drugs, Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, Possession of a Firearm with an Obliterated Serial Number, Possession of CDS II, Careless Operation of a Vehicle, Driving Under Suspension and Misrepresentation During Booking. Jeremy White, 24, of Colfax, was charged with Illegal Carrying of a Weapon with Drugs, Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, Possession of a Firearm with an Obliterated Serial Number, Possession of CDS II, and Resisting an Officer by False Information.


Dontrellius McCoy, 21, of Alexandria, was charged with Illegal Carrying of a Weapon with Drugs, Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, Possession of a Firearm with an Obliterated Serial Number, Possession of CDS II, and Resisting an Officer by False Information. Centerial White, 27, of Alexandria, was charged with Illegal Carrying of a Weapon with Drugs, Possession of a Firearm with an Obliterated Serial Number, Possession of CDS II, and Resisting an Officer by False Information.
