DA Terrell Speaks to Rotary Club

Phillip Terrell, the new DA in Rapides parish, today describes his accomplishments for the Alexandria Rotary Club.

Terrell is in his first term after serving as Pineville City Judge for many years.

Terrell succeeded the retired James Downs.
