Couple Arrested for Keeping Little Girl in Cage

Police arrested Jennifer Chapman and Joseph Chapman of Alexandria over the weekend. Seven children in all were removed from their home on Park Avenue.
Investigators say the woman admitted to placing the child in the cage in the kitchen whenever the little girl would act out.
