Clifton Man Dies in Motorcycle Crash

A motorcycle crash in Rapides parish kills a man from Clifton. He’s 23-year-old Kelby Magallon.

Troopers say it happened Tuesday afternoon on Clifton Road when he lost control and hit a tree. Investigators say speed was a factor in the crash.
