City of Alexandria Announces AlexConnects

Alexandria – Alexandria Mayor Jacques M. Roy and his administration are proud to announce launch of Alexandria Connects (AlexConnects). Developed by SMARTALEX as a free 24-hour, on-line service, Alexandria Connects offers assistance with general information and non-emergency service requests. City of Alexandria residents and visitors can use AlexConnects to notify the City and receive status updates as the issues are resolved.

Alexandria Connects is a free application that allows you to report community issues, pinpoint the issue location with GPS, and attach photos right from your iPhone or iPad.
