Emergency Notification System (ENS)

Sign up to Receive Emergency Information from the City of Alexandria!  Emergency Notification System (ENS) is a mass notification system designed to keep Alexandria residents and businesses informed during emergencies. Every landline telephone in the City is already enrolled in the system. We would like to encourage you to also register your mobile devices, email address, and /or hearing impaired receiving devices to ensure we have your information. This will assist us in communicating critical emergency-related information to you in a timely manner.

Lillie Evans at APD, 318-441-6433 for any questions or assistance during the registration process. The Self Registration Portal is only available to Alexandria residents.
