Chris Roy Junior says candidate Hazel has integrity and honesty, which are qualities a person in this position should have.
Hazel is in a runoff with Phillip Terrell in the open seat on December sixth. Terrell is a former Pineville city judge and Hazel is now serving as a state representative.
