An Alexandria man is among 18 dead beat dads wanted for roughly $866, pharmacy 000 in child support.
Officials say Gerald Kees Phillips Piper owes almost $25,000. He is listed among the worse offenders, but there are many more with bills past due totaling more than 1.3 billion dollars.
