Vernon Parish Schools – Evans High in Vernon Parish will be closed but other schools in Vernon parish will be open.

University Academy will be closed on Friday, March 11. The school will reopen on Monday, March 14.

All CLTCC campuses are open tomorrow, Monday, March 14th.  However, students unable to attend class due to flooding can contact their instructors for assistance.  CLTCC will work with students on an individual basis as last week’s rain and flooding caused significant damage in Louisiana.

All campuses of Northwestern State University will be closed Friday due to weather conditions.

LSUA will remain closed on Friday, March 11 due to flooding concerns. The university is expected to reopen on Monday, March 14 at 8:00am.

First United Methodist Church Alexandria’s Preschool will be closing between 11:30 a.m. and noon Thursday, March 10, 2016, pickup on west side of building under car port.

The Pineville Youth Center will be closed Thursday and Friday due to the inclement weather.

CALVARY PRESCHOOL IS CLOSING FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE DAY. We always follow Rapides Parish School Board’s decision in inclement weather. Children should be picked up immediately.
