Calvary Baptist Members Bring Gifts, Throw Party for Elementary Students

Calvary Baptist Church paid a special visit to Julius Patrick Elementary Thursday morning.  Every year, members of the congregation receive wish lists from the students. They then bring the gifts and throw the kids a party.

Pastor David Brooks says it’s Calvary’s way of making Alexandria better.

In addition to the boxes of gifts, Calvary also provides every teacher and student with a hoodie bearing the school’s name.
