The festival is searching for food and nonfood vendors to be on site from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. during the festival. Vendor fees are $50 with application until April 30, and $75 with application if after April 30. All vendor applications can be downloaded at www.AlexandriaPinevilleLA.com/LittleWalter or can be obtained by calling (318) 442-9546.
Food vendors are required to have a Louisiana food service permit, Louisiana ServSafe certification, and valid liability insurance policy.
Vendors will receive a confirmation prior to the event with vendor instructions. Each vendor will need to provide their own table, chairs, tents etc. All vendors are welcomed to begin setting up after 8 a.m. Saturday morning. Vendor locations will be assigned by the festival committee, on a first-come first-served basis.
