NATCHITOCHES – A beginning cake decorating class will be offered Northwestern State University’s Office of Electronic and Continuing Education starting Wednesday, Oct. 9. The class will be held on Wednesday evenings from 5:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. in the kitchen on the second floor of the Family and Consumer Sciences Building. The course runs through Nov. 13.
