Bond reduction hearing set for November 4th for Kayla Giles

32-year-old Kayla Giles, the woman accused of fatally shooting her then estranged husband Thomas Coutee Jr. a little over a year ago, will have another chance at getting her $1 million dollar bond reduced on November 4th.

Giles is currently charged with second-degree murder and has been in custody since September 8, 2018.
