Ball Man Arrested on 30 Counts of Carnal Knowledge

The complaint was filed last month, and detectives secured a warrant for his arrest following an investigation.
Investigators say they found him with another young girl when they arrested him. Lockart is also charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor and resisting arrest.
