Audit Tells RPSB to Tighten Bookkeeping

Officials say a test audit of 5 schools showed improper fundraising forms, no reconciliation of cash and tickets, and sometimes cash receipts are held for several days. Auditors say schools need also to be careful about stamping invoices when they are paid.
