ArtWalk Begins Today in Alexandria

ArtWalk is underway in downtown Alexandria as part of RiverFête.

Artists moved into the downtown cultural arts district today to set up their wares and show off their latest works. The booths are all along Third and Johnston Streets.

If you’re shopping, you can expect to find a little bit of everything.  All original artwork that’s sold is tax-free.

The art walk continues tomorrow from nine to four. And from nine to two, there will be entertainment in the mini-park, also featuring local artists.
