Art Workshop Teaches New Techniques

A two-day workshop is being held at River Oaks and it’s all about technique.

The artist is Daniel Mark Cassity of Northeast Louisiana. He specializes in a unique way of creating landscapes and still life paintings with a new take on an old technique.

Some local artists are signed up to learn his techniques. This is part of the River Oaks Education Series. He calls his works daylight and dungeon.
