Art alumni picnic Saturday

NATCHITOCHES – The annual Art Alumni Picnic and Exhibition will be held Saturday, Oct. 19 at 11:30 a.m. in the Northwestern State University Alumni Plaza.  Featured artists this year are Phyllis Lear (1992), Melinda G. Parrie (2003) and Jordan Wade (2013).  The event is part of the university’s Homecoming celebration.

The Orville G. Hanchey Gallery will be open for extended hours on Saturday from 10 a.m.-7 p.m.
