Arrest Made in Criminal Sexual Conduct Case

This is 44-year-old Tully Timothy Guidry of Lake Arthur in Jeff Davis Parish. The complaint was filed on September 29th and deputies say Guidry was located in a neighboring parish’s jail under arrest for a similar crime.

He was released Sunday into custody of Rapides deputies and he’s charged with inappropriate behavior with a child, sexual battery, and indecent behavior.

He is being held on a nearly 250-thousand dollar bond.
