APD asking for assistance in locating a missing juvenile
15-year-old Jordan Melbert left from the Lower 3rd Street area and is suspected to be in the Kellyland area. He was last seen wearing a black shirt and black pants.
He’s described as a black male, 6 feet tall and 170 pounds.
