Alleged Robber Cries After Robbing People

Authorities say 20-year-old Zatoriance Thompson was taken into custody. Nobody was hurt in the incidents which happened Monday afternoon and at night in different parts of the city.

He’s charged with armed robbery and vehicle theft.
