Alexandria Woman Accused of Welfare Fraud
An Alexandria woman is among a group accused of welfare fraud. Alexis Blackwell has received a probated sentence for taking 25 hundred dollars from welfare.
Authorities say she improperly claimed her children lived with her, making her eligible for benefits.
