Alexandria Carjacking Lead APD on Chase to Kinder

Alexandria Police say Douglas Mayo of Pineville pulled a gun on a man on MacArthur Drive and took his car.

Police say they later spotted him on Coliseum Blvd. and followed him to Kinder where he was taken into custody.

Mayo was also connected to a burglary on Bayou Roberts Drive that happened earlier Wednesday where guns were taken.

Charges on Mayo are pending.
