8 Children Receive Minor Injuries in School Bus Accident

Pineville police say Anthony Phillips of Pineville failed to stop and rear-ended the bus in front of the Pinetrace Apartment Complex as children were being picked up.
Officers say Phillips was also in possession of a stolen gun. He faces charges of reckless operation and illegal possession of the firearm.
