Thad Bailes was a great believer and supporter of the youth of Vernon Parish and the 4-H Program.  This Scholarship program is named in his honor and is given through support of people like you.   Recipients are chosen based on leadership, community service and 4-H achievement in the community surrounding Vernon Parish.
