4 Arrested for Water Well Pump Theft

Rapides deputies round up three men and one woman wanted for the theft of a water well pump in the Plainview community last November.

Edwin Horne, Sommers Coker and Dale Thompson, all of Pitkin, and Christopher Perkins of Glenmora were arrested.  Horne, Coker and Thompson are charged with conspiracy, and Perkins is charged with possession of stolen items.
