4 Arrested for Drugs at Local Motel
Rapides deputies make arrests for meth sales at the Greenbrier Motel by guests in Alexandria.
Joseph Richard is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and a parole violation. Ray Rollins Junior of Pineville, James Collins and Donald Ray Collins, both of Alexandria, are charged with meth possession.
Deputies say they started their investigation after complaints of drug activity at the motel.
