3 Arrested in Forest Hill Thefts
Obstruction of justice arrests are made in connection with a series of burglaries in the Forest Hill area that started August 4th.
Rapides deputies say they’ve filed more theft charges against 46-year-old Charles Hursey. And they’ve filed obstruction charges against him as well as 64-year-old Rhonda Lyles and 40-year-old Hollie Maloy, all of Pineville.
The women reportedly hindered deputies when they tried to arrest Hursey yesterday.
