3 Arrested In Connection with Cruelty to Children Case

Sheriff Doug Anderson says it involves a family situation in Simmesport.
Arrested are 61-year-old Donnie Dibble, 33-year-old Jason Hess and 31-year-old Faye Ann Goudeau. Dibble is charged with producing pornography, possession of porn, molestation, indecent behavior and contributing to the delinquency of children. Parents of minor children in the case are charged with cruelty and criminal neglect.
All the children in the home, ages 5 to 14, are now in state custody.
