2 Arrested in Multi-State Fraud Scheme

Pineville police say they’ve arrested two men connected to fraud schemes across three states. Police say 44-year-old Terry Glen Moore and 62-year-old Joe Hawkins of Dallas are under arrest for possession of a stolen vehicle.

However, police say the two men are connected to a credit-card theft scheme affecting construction stores. Pineville police made the arrests March 3rd at the Lowe’s store after clerks became suspicious of the method of purchase.
