2 Arrested in 18-Wheeler Wheel Theft

Rapides deputies say they’ve closed the case of 4 18-wheeler wheels being taken on June 4th off of Highway 28 West. They’ve arrested Lenot Simmons of McNary by tracking the items to a scrap dealer.

Deputies had already arrested a co-defendant in the case, Brandon Walker, on an unrelated charge on June 13th. Both are charged with theft.
