2 Arrested After Crash

They’re 23-year-old Damarcus Gibson of Fort Polk and 27-year-old Brandon Thornsberry of Leesville.
Deputies say the two suspects gave varying stories about the accident, which resulted in a broken light pole.
Gibson is charged with driving while intoxicated and reckless operation. Thornsberry is accused of hit and run, failure to report an accident, and reckless operation.
Deputies say witnesses at the scene of the crash said the two drivers appeared to be racing.
