16-Year-Old Charged with Murder
A 16-year-old is under arrest for allegedly shooting and killing a man late Tuesday afternoon at 15th and Willow Glen in Alexandria. The teen is charged with murder and is being held in a juvenile detention center.
Alexandria police say the victim is 25-year-old Artyleus Norris of Alexandria. Police say the juvenile and the victim were involved in a fight when the teen produced a handgun and shot Norris.
