Come experience Yoga Tao. Yoga Tao is an “all level” opportunity – from beginner to advanced, incorporating spirit-mind-body techniques that provide participants with stress reduction, strengthening, flexibility, and balance. Also useful in everyday life off the yoga mat. Located in the Overhang Gallery on the third floor, the space offers a warm atmosphere with wood floors, changing artwork, and a wonderful view.
