Winter Weather Passes, CenLA Gets Back to Normal

However, state offices in Winn Parish were among the 10 closed today because of cold weather.

NSU’s Natchitoches campus opened at 10 this morning and there was a delayed opening for the Huey Long branch of the community and technical college in Winnfield.
