The New Orleans FBI Office is asking people to be alert for a fugitive who might be in the south-eastern part of the United States.
He is 29-year-old Robert Roy Clark and he’s wanted for the murder of an elderly couple in Ohio.
He is 6’3 and weighs more than 300 pounds.

Clark is known to have guns and knives and may be in possession of a sawed-off shotgun or an AR-15 rifle that he may carry in a book bag. He wears eyeglasses, and may be traveling in a green 2003 Dodge Caravan minivan with 2015 Ohio license plates GBM4977 or GIT6870 (stolen).
Clark has lived in Dennison and Canton, Ohio.
On January 22, 2015, an elderly couple was reported missing from their home in Strasburg, Ohio. The couple’s home had been ransacked, lock boxes had been pried open, the telephone lines had been cut from the inside, and their vehicle was unable to be located. The vehicle was later discovered that same day in a rural area of Coshocton County, Ohio. The vehicle had been burned and skeletal remains were found inside. Subsequent investigation revealed that accelerant had been used, and the bodies were identified as those of the missing couple.On January 31, 2015, Clark was charged with murder and an arrest warrant was issued by the Coshocton Municipal Court in Coshocton, Ohio. It was then discovered that Clark had left his residence earlier that morning with Jeffrey P. Caley, Jr., and Caley’s girlfriend, Tabatha Marie Hazel.
At 5:15 pm on January 31, 2015, Clark, Caley, and Hazel attempted to snatch the purse of a female patron in the parking lot of a gas station in Sissonville, West Virginia. They then allegedly robbed the store, displaying a sawed-off shotgun and a pistol. As they exited the store, the group allegedly robbed a male patron, taking his wallet. The group then used a green Dodge Caravan as a getaway vehicle. Shortly thereafter, the trio allegedly cased a convenience store in Jackson County, West Virginia, but were interrupted and no crime was committed.
On February 1, 2015, Clark was charged with first degree armed robbery and an arrest warrant was issued by the Magistrate Court of Kanawha County, West Virginia.
Additionally on February 1, 2015, at 2:21 am, Clark and an unknown male allegedly robbed a convenience store in Anderson, South Carolina. The two men used a dark-colored minivan as a getaway vehicle. At 9:26 pm, the Donalsonville, Georgia Police Department reported that Clark, another male, and a female allegedly committed armed robbery at a gas station in Donalsonville. A green Dodge Caravan was used in the robbery.
A federal arrest warrant was issued on February 3, 2015, by the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio after Clark was charged federally with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.
The FBI is offering a reward of up to $20,000 for information leading to arrest of Robert Roy Clark.
