Vitter Asks Obama to Declare Federal Emergency Along Red River
U.S. Senator David Vitter is asking the president for a federal emergency declaration to help residents along the Red River, which flooded last month.
He’s specifying Grant and Natchitoches parishes in Central Louisiana.
