Vernon Parish Man Arrested for Sex Crimes

Deputies say a hospital notified them a couple weeks ago about criminal sexual conduct with a child. Blaze was later released on a $7,500.00 bond.
“It is our duty as parents and grandparents to protect our children and this includes threats to their safety from people on the computer” said Sheriff William Earl Hilton. “We monitor what our children read and watch on television; monitoring the computer is even more important in keeping our children safe.”
