VBS & Soccer Camp at FBC Bunkie
Vacation Bible School will be held at First Baptist Church, Bunkie, next Monday through Friday, June 2-6, 2014, from 8:30 until noon daily. All children born September 2009 through those just completing 6th grade are invited.
As always, there will be Bible study, singing, games, snacks and fun.
An evening soccer camp is also planned for Monday – Thursday, 5:30 – 8:30 p.m.
This year’s VBS theme is “Agency D3”, where young detectives DISCOVER – DECIDE – DEFEND who Jesus really is in our lives. It is not necessary to attend VBS to participate in the soccer camp for ages 6 – 14.
Both VBS and soccer camp are at no charge to those attending. The soccer camp will be coached by former high school and college players along with pastor Mark Robinson.
Children are invited but not required to sign up for both events online at fbcbunkie.com, or by calling the church office at 346-7602. The first 50 who sign up for soccer camp will receive a free soccer ball.
