VA Commemorates Veteran’s Day, Holds Parade, Serves Hot Dogs

It’s a time to remember the many brave men and women who sacrificed everything to keep us out of harms way. And that was the case today at the hospital in Tioga. It serves the men and women who sacrificed everything for our country. This day is special to staff, doctors, and other health care workers.

Festivities began with a special program in the auditorium. Local veterans were featured as everyone honored these former soldiers who kept America safe.

The morning ended with a parade, followed by a traditional luncheon with hot dogs.

The event is sponsored by local veteran service organizations, the Federal Credit Union, and other community businesses.
