Burglary Arrests – Original Story

April 23, 2013 – Alexandria police arrest two men for stealing from a car. They arrested Jerome Green and Darryl Farley, both 49, after noticing a car with a window broken out.

On Sunday, officers were patrolling in the 3400 block of North Blvd when they noticed a vehicle with a window broken out. They called the owner, who said he was missing several miscellaneous items including some nutritional supplements and air freshener.

Prior to finding that car, police had actually stopped to talk to the pair while investigating another burglary report. They remember seeing those items on them. They got a warrant and arrested the two the next day.

Green and Farley were transported to the Rapides Parish Detention Center and booked. Both men are still in jail at this time.
