Student of the Year Collects Items for “Prized Pets”
A Nachman Elementary student is collecting items for pets. Ayden Thomas calls her project “Prized Pets”. She is collecting new and gently used items like leashes, collars, treats, and food all week.
And she’s hoping to provide a lot of Christmas cheer for dogs and cats at the Alexandria Animal Shelter.
Ayden is Nachman’s Student of the Year and she’s enlisting the help of fellow students for the cause. The items can be dropped off before and after school. She has a place for the donations.
