Strategic Luncheon: Give your business an “Undercover Boss” makeover without going undercover

Join Us Wednesday, April 9 – The Central LA Chamber of Commerce invites you to Strategic Luncheon featuring Tony Wedo, Buffet’s Inc. (Ryan’s) CEO.

Buffet’s Inc is the largest buffet restaurant chain in the country. However, with a sales decline and two bankruptcies in 10 years the company was struggling. Tony Wedo was brought in as a “turn-around” CEO with the task of making improvements quickly. So Wedo went undercover to get an inside look at what needed to be fixed within the company in order to give it a financial one-eighty.

Featured on the hit reality show, “Undercover Boss”, Wedo transformed himself into construction worker, “Mike Davis”. At a Ryan’s Buffet in Lake Charles the CEO took on being a dishwasher. He also acted as server, grill cook and cashier at various locations.

Wedo learned first hand how a successful business starts from the bottom up. At the Chamber’s Strategic Luncheon, Wedo will share his experiences with you and explain how you too can improve your workplace.
