Statewide residents find coincidence between LHSAA and Phase 3 announcement

Following announcements from Governor Edwards and LHSAA Executive Director, Eddie Bonine, last week, many residents around the state found the timeframe between the two odd.

Many speculated that maybe the transition into Phase 3 may be due to high school football or even college football.

The high school football season is set to start October 1-3rd, with scrimmages beginning late next week.
