State Senator Neil Riser Discusses 5th Congressional Race

State Senator Neil Riser of Columbia is in Ferriday for the Delta Care Project.

He’s the first person to announce his run for a special congressional election in the 5th district.  He says he has been planning to run for the seat being vacated early by Rodney Alexander.

Riser is the owner of funeral homes in Caldwell and LaSalle Parishes.
