State Police Arrest Alleged Child Predator

He’s 39-year-old Scott Hebert of Winnfield. He was arrested yesterday for indecent behavior with a juvenile. Troopers with the special victims unit say he used social media to contact children in Arkansas ages 10 to 12 and sent them pornographic pictures of himself.
And, investigators say they contacted him, pretending to be a young girl, and he sent pornographic pictures of himself to the state police.
He’s also booked as a fugitive from Arkansas.
