The lawyer for Mitchel Ryan Bethin is asking that his 100 thousand dollar bond be significantly reduced. The case is assigned to Judge John Davidson.
The officer says Bethin refused to comply with an order to lower his gun, but Defense Attorney Mike Small says his client is innocent.
