Shelter in South LA Searches for Dog Homes
A parish shelter in south Louisiana is in need of help placing more than two dozen dogs. The shelter has been above capacity since last week. As Erin Steuber reports, store people are dropping off their pets after hours and in some cases, buy throwing them over the fence.
Most dogs are available for a $25 adoption fee.
