RPSB Open Houses Begin This Week

One of the first of many open houses at area public schools took place this afternoon at Acadian Elementary.

School opens on Tuesday and these open houses give students and parents a chance to meet new teachers for the coming school year. It’s also a good time for school officials to encourage parental involvement, describing what volunteer duties are needed. Many schools still have room parents.
