Road Closure: LA 452
he Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD), advises the public that on July 29, 2015 LA 452 will be closed on the east side of the LA 1 and 452 intersection and will reopen on August 24, 2015. The closure is to allow the contractor to construct the roadway in the LA 452 intersection on the east side of LA 1. Traffic flow on LA 1 will be otherwise unaffected.
Permit/Detour section
- The intersection of LA 452 and LA 1 will be completely closed on the east side of LA 1 and the detour route is as follows:
- South bound traffic will exit LA 1 on to LA 1189 and proceed south to LA 452.
- North bound traffic will continue on LA 1 until reaching LA 1189 and proceed south on LA 1189 to LA 452.
- The detour route will be identified with proper markings for the general public. All emergency agencies will be notified of the road closure.
